About RES
My passion for everything equine began when I was just nine years old. My first encounter with red light therapy came through my nana, who used a red light pen to alleviate her arthritis. Growing up in her household, the red light pen was a constant presence. As I matured, I began applying red light and infrared light therapy to my own competition horses and witnessed remarkable results. This positive experience sparked my interest in equine sports massage, leading me to embark on a journey as an equine therapist with a focus on red light and infrared light therapy. My additional services include providing exercise and maintenance programs aimed at conditioning performance horses and supporting horses returning to work, facilitating appropriate muscle development. For those new to horse riding, one-on-one instruction in basic riding techniques and horse care is also available.
